Hi! I’m Victoria. I’m a Certified Yoga Instructor and Astrologer. I’m here to help align your physical and energetic body with the stars so you can feel recharged to go about your busy day.
Each of our bodies are unique. Together we can create a plan based on our consultation and the integration of your astrology chart. I am happy to work with those who are ready to take their first steps into their yoga journey or those seasoned practitioners that are interested in astro yoga. What is Astro Yoga?
Each sign of the zodiac rules a part of the body and correlates to one of the four elements. I have 5 planets in the sign of Capricorn, which is the sign that rules the knees. My yoga practice would be focusing on strengthening the muscles around the knees.
My chart is also strong in Earth qualities while I’m missing water qualities. I correlate the elements to the chakra system. The chakra associated with water is the sacral chakra. In addition, to focusing on the body part, I will also focus on a specific chakra. To learn more about this, read this blog post.

5 years ago, I was you
Feeling frustrated and tired of feeling guilty every time I want to take a rest day. I knew that if I continued to push my body to the brink of exhaustion, the problem would only get worse.
I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life with tension, muscle aches, and fear of burnout, thinking that this was what I needed be stronger. So, I ditched the feeling of guilt when I listened to my body, and said YES to a healthy yoga practice.
Self Care = Productivity
I started my yoga journey with over 7 years of poor yoga practice. NO experience or knowledge of a what a yoga practice really meant. NO knowledge of how to actually implement yoga into my daily life. NO intuition about how my body was feeling.
Just ONE thing I stumbled upon as I started learning about astrology. We all have unique bodies, our blueprint, our DNA is written in the stars. The cosmic bodies affect each of us differently. I found a way to practice yoga AND harness the cosmic bodies and personalize my own practice unique to my body. I no longer burn myself out and don’t live in fear of my next burn out. I feel recharged and revitalized every day, having a healthy balance of self-care that leads to better productivity.
Where I Am Today
I take full advantage of everything that I’ve learned, aligning my body with the stars. I live guilt-free when allowing myself time for self-care. I no longer feel inferior when I take time to rest and reflect. The feeling of not being productive has dissipated. And now I want to teach you how to do the same!

Join me for a quick yoga session every other Wednesday. This short 20 minute class is meant to give us a break from work or studying. Yoga props and clothes are not needed. Just turn on Zoom and roll out your mat.
The moon affects our emotions, mood, and energetic bodies especially during the new moon and full moon phase. During the new moon, we feel hopeful and ready to start something new. During the full moon, our mind and body becomes much more energetic.
When the moon is in a zodiac sign, it’s a great time to offer up some self-care to the part of the body that the zodiac sign rules. Yoga flows are uploaded to YouTube 2 days before each New and Full Moon.
I very much enjoy Victoria’s classes! Although I am a beginner/int to yoga, her instruction, explanations and demos are clear to me. I appreciate her attentiveness during the class to help all the students pose properly. Her tie ins to astrology give a unique approach to mental engagement and focus during the class which I really enjoy. This helps me have a different perspective on how I should approach the moves in the class.
